Damaged Items
In the event that a product is damaged during shipping or delivery, we want to make things right. Please contact us immediately with proof of the damage. You can do so by sending an email to info@arvanakay.com. Kindly include clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any other relevant details.

 

Once your inquiry has been received and evaluated, we will process a replacement order for the damaged item at no additional cost. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.
